The newly built Disegno Residences feature a stunning contemporary design and offer all necessary facilities. The property includes a 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor, two 50 m² deluxe apartments on the second floor, and a stunning penthouse with pool view that has exclusive access to the private pool on the top floor. The penthouse pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. All apartments offer spacious balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, 40-inch and 43-inch TVs, a PlayStation 5, washing and drying machines, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private storage area for each apartment. All floors are accessible via elevator.

The Disegno Residences complex is located at Andronikou Street Pachiana, just 1.5 km away from the center of Chania, the Municipal Market Square and 2.2 km from the old Venetian port. It’s location offers easy access to the National Road for your southern or northern excursions. This city neighborhood is quiet and you can find quality cafes and restaurants 400m away, as well as a supermarket, a pharmacy and whatever else you need.
