Backed by rolling hills and overlooking the azure Ionian sea, Villa Petradi is a stunning new villa, built in locally sourced stone and sitting in its own luscious garden. Under 2 klms to the nearest small beach for perfect bathing, and under 5 klms to both the centre of Skala, and to the small port town of Poros, a wealth of facilities are available within a few minutes drive. Luxuriously equipped and beautifully styled in relaxing earth tones, Villa Petradi is bright, modern, and provides an ideal holiday base for 4 people (or up to 6 with use of the two convertible sofas in the living room) with access to a guests WC with basin on the ground floor. The two bedrooms (one with double bed and one twin bedded) both with contemporary shower rooms, are both on the upper floor, leading out to furnished balconies with stupendous sea views – you can even glimpse the Greek mainland in the distance. Moving outside, the overflow pool is accessed by steps and surrounded by a generous paved terrace, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and a stylish al fresco dining set. A portable barbeque is provided so that you can enjoy outdoor grilling, whilst taking in the beautiful surroundings.
