We currently manage 6 carefully maintained accommodations, including guest rooms and a spacious family apartment, all prepared with great attention to cleanliness, comfort, and the little details that make guests feel at home. Our property is designed for travelers who value both independence and convenience. With our easy self check-in, you can arrive at your own pace and start enjoying your holiday immediately, without being restricted by reception hours. While your stay is designed to be independent, you are never on your own. We are always available to assist you any time before your arrival and throughout your stay, ensuring prompt communication and support whenever needed. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to take note of the following property policies: 1. Guests with severe mobility limitations who are unable to care for themselves independently and are not accompanied by a caregiver or personal assistant cannot be accommodated. 2. For the safety and well-being of all guests, we are unable to accommodate individuals with serious contagious illnesses that require specialized cleaning or disinfection procedures. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and guest rooms. It is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. 4. Kindly observe the property's quiet hours from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. 5. Pets are not permitted on the property. Additionally, we kindly ask guests not to feed stray animals (such as cats) within or around the accommodation premises. 6. Guests are kindly requested to respect the property's shared/common areas and to refrain from leaving rubbish, food waste, or personal items in these areas.
