Nestled into a hillside location in Tersanas area, the newly built complex of Ikritis Villas features 3 stone built villas, each one covering 170 m2 and comfortably accommodating 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 8 if needed. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Ikritis Villas are located in Tersanas area, in Cape Akrotiri in Chania prefecture. In Akrotiri area, there are some remarkable historical monuments, monasteries and churches, caves, the famous tombs of Venizelos and many places with archaeological interests. Furthermore, there are two beautiful sandy beaches just a few finutes drive away from the villa, the beach of Tersanas and the beach of Kalathas. At Horafakia vilage only 550m away, you will be able to find a mini market, bakery, butcher, gas station, newsagent shop and some traditional tavernas, while 4,8km away from the villa there is a bigger village called Kounoupidiana where you will be able to find a variety of shops such as traditional taverns, pharmacy, medical center, post office, butcher, fishmonger and larger supermarkets
