Stylish newly built villas, 120sq.m in 3 levels each one, with amazing sea view, just 150m from the sandy beach of Ag. Marina. Modern architecture, beautiful furniture, and high standard quality materials have been put in this villa for you to enjoy. Each villa can accommodate 7people and it's: At the garden level: – A bedroom with 2 single beds or 1double and direct access to the sea view garden – A bathroom with bathtub At the ground floor: – A living room with a sofa that can accommodate with comfort an extra guest, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels is provided and dinner table – A fully equipped kitchen – A balcony with magnificent sea view and garden dining At the first floor: – A bedroom with a large double bed (or 2 single) and a balcony with unlimited sea view, – A bedroom with a large double bed (or 2 single) and balcony-mountain view, – A 2nd bathroom with a shower. Free wi-fi, free toiletries, and a hairdryer, towels and bed linen are featured. Marina beach and very close to central Chania and Platanias. So you can combine relaxation on the sea at the day and your night out in Chania or Platanias too. People from all over the world come to spend their summer holidays in our neighborhood. Also notice that you can visit the most famous beaches of Crete like Elafonisi (65km from the villa) Falasarna beach (44km from the villa)
