Enjoy privacy and space in this beautifully renovated and fully equipped 130 sqm Maisonette, part of a duplex detached house just 500m from Maleme beach. Ideal for couples, friends and small families seeking comfort and tranquility while being close to Crete's most famous beaches (Balos Lagoon-Falassarna-Elafonissi etc). Enjoy the lush common garden with the private parking and plenty of room to unwind after a long day at the beach. Supermarket, taverns and cafes are within walking distance, while Chania city is only a short drive away. The house setup has three levels, on the ground floor there is a full equipped kitchen with dining room and a large bathroom, the internal staircase leads you to a comfortable living room with flat TV while a little higher you can find two independent bedrooms. One of them is master with private bathroom, balcony and a couch space. The house has wooden tiled roof, large new beds with anatomical mattresses and all the spaces apart from the ground floor are air-conditioned.

Travel, history, swimming and Mediterranean food are our personal passions, and we love sharing the relax lifestyle and flavors of Crete island. We hope, you have a comfortable and memorable stay!!
The house is achievable from Chania, by car or public transport (buses). If you come by plane, the distance from airport to Maleme is about 36 km, roughly 30 minutes drive. The property is located close to the most popular destinations of the island while being only 15 km from Chania. Maleme village is set in a charming seaside and historic area of Crete, ideal for families - couples or friends. Safe streets, welcoming community, fresh local food and the easy access to the beachfront make it a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy quality time.
