EACH MAISONETTE COVERS AN AREA OF 136 SQUARE METERS AND IS CHARACTERIZED FROM MINIMAL ARCHITECTURAL AESTHETICS. ITT IS SITUATED IN A LAND PLOT OF 500sqm IN TOTAL WHICH IS LANDSCAPED A BEAUTIFULLY GARDEN. THE STRUCTURE IS DIVIDED INTO TWO LEVELS. THE GROUND FLOOR HOSTS ONE MASTER BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM, ONE DOUBLE BEDROOM, ONE BEDROOM WITH TWO SINGLE BEDS AND ONE BATHROOM. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO THE GARDEN AND OFFER VIEWS TO THE SEA. ON THE TOP LEVEL WE CAN FIND A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM, A DINNING ROOM AND FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. ON THE SAME LEVEL THERE ARE LARGE VERANDAS AROUND THE HOUSE WHERE WE CAN ENJOY THE SEA-VIEW AND THE MAGNIFICENT SUNSET OF VERVERONDA. THE OUTDOOR AREA CONSISTS OF BBQ AND OUTSIDE PARKING FOR TWO CARS. EACH MAISONETTE IS FULLY FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR A WONDERFUL VACATION BY THE BEACH. THE PROPERTY IS FEW STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH AND 10MINUTE WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE CENTRE OF VILLAGE WITH ALL NECESSARY HOLIDAY FACILITIES SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, BANKS, PHARMACY AS WELL AS JUST FEW MINUTES DRIVE FROM THE MOST POPULAR BEACHES.
