The estate is on a safe and secluded location, which is large enough to cater for any of your vacation needs. The estate is within 10 to 15 minute walking distance to one of Porto Heli's many organized beaches and shopping facilities (super market, apotheke/pharmacy, newsagent/kiosk, etc. The apartment is at the rear of the main estate house on the 1st floor, overlooking the private pine forest. It has a separate entrance used exclusively by the guests. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, like kitchen, refrigerator, coffee-maker, a 32" LCD/LED WiFi TV. In addition, air-conditioning units are fitted to every bedroom and in the living room. The apartment has a single bathroom with a WC, so it is best suited to small families or group of friends. There is a balcony outside the living room, overlooking the pine forest at the rear of the estate. It is especially nice during the afternoon where you can relax reading your favorite book and sipping a nice cup of Greek coffee! :) For those of you who wish to have a quick swim, there is a pool in the garden of the estate, which you can use any time of day or night. Please note that smoking is NOT allowed on the premises.

Quiet, secluded and safe neighborhood for a peaceful vacation or weekend getaway. The village centre is around 5 minutes by car. There is a super-market nearby (Kritikos Market) where you can buy food, etc. There many things to do while staying in Porto Heli: You can bike, walk around in the rural area surrounding the estate, or even visit the town of Porto Heli on foot. There are many different sorts of restaurants you can enjoy great food, from italian-style pizzerias to traditional greek fish taverns (taverna) offering an assortment of Greek delights. The nearest organized beach is within walking distance (740 meters away), which means you can easily reach it on foot within 10 to 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can get there in 2-3 minutes by car. Also, you can drive to the nearby coast of Costa (about 15 to 20 minute car drive from the estate), where you can take a boat for a short daily trip to the nearby islands of Spetses and Hydra.
