Open Sea Villa is a luxury resort in Ermionida, a seaside area of Argolis in Greece. Located in Thermisia (Ermionida), it has unobstructed view of the beautiful island of Hydra and is a breath away from the picturesque Ermioni, Porto Heli and the cosmopolitan island of Spetses. As its name reveals, it is located right in front of the sea and access is direct to a private beach, without interfering. Combined with the privacy it offers but also with the countless amenities of the villa, it is an ideal destination for unforgettable holiday! The villa is located in an area of 7 acres, where you will find a tennis court, barbeque facilities, playground and countless relaxation corners. The layout of the villa is such as to provide complete privacy even between the same family. Each space has its own separate entrance and can be a small independent residence. Open Sea villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 wc, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious, have independent air conditioning and independent entrance to provide maximum privacy even within the family or group of friends or even to be a completely separate space. They provide high level of autonomy with privacy. For those who love to explore the sea and the surrounding beaches with their own boat, there is a small pier right in front of for mooring a boat.

The Open Sea villa is located in Thermisia, just 9 km from the picturescue Ermionia beautiful seaside town on the southeast coast of Argolida, and 3 km from the settlement of Porto Hydra. Thermisia is a very quiet, picturesque place with great privacy. On the coastline from Ermioni to Porto Hydra there are private villas and some luxury hotels. In Ermioni there are restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, all within a short radius around the center and the port of Ermioni. Just opposite, is the island of Dokos, with magical bays where one can enjoy a swim away from prying eyes. A little further, at a distance of 7 miles, is the lordly island of HydraIt can be reached either by private boat, or by sea taxi from Metochi (just 5 minutes from Thermisia) or from Ermioni, either by ferry from Ermioni. The Open Sea villa is 2 hours and 30 minutes drive from Athens and Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos". One should follow the National Road Athens - Corinth and from there follow the provincial road to Epidavros / Ermioni / Porto Heli. The road in some places is a bit difficult but the view it offers is unique. Discover the route here. From the port of Piraeus during the summer season depart daily, with Ermioni as destination, at least 3 ships and the journey lasts 1 hour and 40 minutes. The Porto Heli is 27 km away and from there in 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful island of Spetses. Access is provived by the port of Costa either by sea taxi or by small ferries that depart every hour. There are many options for restaurants in the distance of 0,5 to 5 km.
