With stone imposing fence walls, a pebbled entrance that guides to the beautiful garden and the swimming pool, the house stands out, like a lighthouse, right on top of a small hill, overlooking the Saronic Sea. Our villa is located at the heart of the old harbor, on a small ridge, a few meters from the sea and just in front of the traditional “Karnagia” where the old ship builders built their classics fishing boats. At the heart of the social life of the island, next to the top clubs and restaurants, the villa’s optimal location is ideal for going out without having to use any transportation. The villa is just 8 minutes’ walk to two beaches, 12 min to an organized one, and 15 min to “Dapia”, the center of the island. The house architecture follows the Neoclassical/Venetian style of the old harbor with a special focus on the interior decoration that has been done with the taste and personal collection of the owner. Enjoy your evening cocktails or dinners with one of the best views in Spetses!!!”
