From the spacious patio door, you can enjoy a lovely view of your private pool, located just outside the living room. Next to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen, ready to meet any culinary desire, as well as a dining area for 6 people, where you can enjoy your meals comfortably. The space is air-conditioned to keep it cool even on the hottest summer days. Moving further in, on the left, you will find the first of the two bedrooms. Equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed featuring a high-quality mattress and topper, this room guarantees a restful sleep. The patio door offers a beautiful view of the pool, while air conditioning and a dressing table for your personal care complete the amenities. A spacious wardrobe ensures that your personal belongings are always in order. To the right, the second bedroom is equally comfortable, with a queen-size bed, high-quality mattress, and topper. Sunlight fills the room through the window, which offers a view of the neighborhood. A convenient wardrobe completes the space.
