Property info

3 fully autonomous apts, built on 3 levels on a plot of nearly 600 sqm. Due land's slope all 3 houses are situated well above sea level, offering panoramic views of sea, gardens, the lovely picturesque bloomy neighborhood, the public pine garden just below our property and sculpted rocky hills. All 3 houses possess large terraces, where you can relax any time of day or night, enjoying the wonderful view. You'll probably spend there most of your "indoor" time, as it is an ideal place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner enjoying the view or even your cocktail drink at the serenity of night, hearing nothing but the song of cicadas. DAPHNE ( lower level): Larger and with a spacious wonderful terrace of 50 sqm partly naturally shaded all day long. Ideal for families or group of friends that need more space. CHLOE (middle level): Covered terrace with a stunning sea view. From one of the bedrooms (the one with the 2 single beds) you can have a sea view also. Ideal for families with children of any age. MYRTO (upper level): breathtaking panoramic sea view, not suitable for children aged 10 months to 3 years and people with mobility problems due to the internal staircase at the entrance.

Neighborhood info

The location of the establishment is one of the best in Hydra, very peaceful and relaxing and very convenient (close to the town and beaches and some of the best restaurants/bars, still very quiet though). The neighborhood is totally safe, relatively new, some houses were built in the '90s according to very strict urban planning rules to preserve the traditional architecture of the island and suit the very old renovated ones. Just above Avlaki beach, in a 10-minute walking distance to the town along the cobbled promenade, which connects the beach with the port, doted with elegant cafes, bars and restaurants and swimming spots on the rocks. Techne, Hydronetta, Omilos, Sunset, Spilia, Omilos, Papagalos offer nice dishes and drinks and wonderful sea views. Also 10 minutes in the opposite direction you get to Kamini beach and 18th century fort-like Castello restaurant, if you can resist the temptation of Pefkaki appetizers or the wonderful sunset from the atrium of Kondylenia on your way there. And if you are into hiking you just continue to Vlychos beach and further to Plakes beach.
