This 50 sq.m house is located on the top of the hill of Platanias, a traditional village and seaside resort just 10 km from the city of Chania. It features an open space consisting of living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and office desk, a bedroom with a sea view, double bed and spacious closets and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The sofa bed in the living room is comfortable and can accommodate additional 1 person or 1 child. The living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. The two comfortable balconies of the house have both panoramic view at the sea and the island of St. Theodore. The location of the house is ideal to enjoy relaxing moments during the sunset. Furthermore the famous Platanias beach is only 7 minutes walking distance from the house. The house is equipped with satellite TV, sound system, wi-fi internet, air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing equipment, towels, toiletries, basic pharmacy and fire extinguisher.
The house is at the end of a small road in the traditionall village of Platanias hill. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a mini market. The point is unique because it combines the amazing sea view while located only 5 minutes walking distance from the village center and 7 minutes from the beach. Platanias is the most popular and cosmopolitan seaside resort of Chania. It has numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, playgrounds, shops and of course the wonderful sandy beach
