The house is sunny with comfortable and spacious rooms. Free ample parking with access to a big yard. It has view to the sea. Baby bed available upon request. Please note that for the winter months heating is provided via air conditioning units in the bedrooms, an electric stove and a fan heater. Late check in might be available only upon request! Not a party house. Guests who throw parties will be ejected with no refund. No subletting the house to other guests and the party who booked the reservation must be present all nights and be the last one to leave to make sure that the apartment was left in a DESCENT condition!!! Don't take objects or blankets outside of the accommodation and don't dispose toilet paper in the bowl, only in the bin. Generally respect the space and me as your as your host, i will be more than glad to answer any questions. Rest and relaxation hours 15:00/15:30-17:00/17:30 and 22:30/23:00-07:00/07:30. Special offer: Guests who are staying under the suggestion of past guests will get a 10% discount in total if only they provide the confirmation number of their friends' or relatives' reservations. There are cameras at the parking and the entrance so that some guests won't bring extra people in. wi-fi 100mbps not shared.

I enjoy swimming at the beach of Agioi Apostoloi area and drinking my coffee at the old Venetian harbor! Please inform me about the time of your arrival! Visitors are allowed only if you notify me 24h before check in. In case visitors decide to stay for a night there is an extra charge. Rental permit regulations require registration of all guests and visitors. Max. occupancy is 6 persons included everyone over 5 years of age. If there is a change in the number of persons who made the reservation remember to send us an update. Unnamed guests / visitors are subject to additional charge else it is at the discretion of the host to cancel the reservation. Please provide us the number of a valid passport if you are travelling outside the E.U. or ID if you are traveling within the EU! Greek citizens must provide their ''Α.Φ.Μ.'' number! All the above data are required by Greek law and will only be used for tax purposes.

Nearby park of Agioi Apostoloi with access to the beach. Restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, super-market etc.. at 100m. I also provide information of where to go and what to see. The neighborhood is quiet, very close to the most beautiful sandy organized (or not) beaches of Chania-with people or without (5' minutes on foot), the house is roomy and you won't be surrounded by city-blocks but you will be very close to the historical Venetian harbor too (10' minutes by transportation which is very frequent). SAFETY: Children should be supervised by their parents at all times. Pets are not allowed.
