Villa San Pietro is a ground floor Villa, decorated in a lovely vintage style, equipped with quality appliances and furnishings. The Villa is conveniently located in a short walking distance from the long sandy beach and the centre of Platanias village, offering you a chance for a car free and carefree holiday! Everything you need is within hand’s reach and the picturesque old town of Chania is just a short drive away! Also, the owner of the Villa also owns of the most well known cocktail bars in Platanias, so you have the opportunity to benefit from exclusive room service at the Villa, ordering breakfast, light snacks, cocktails and beverages all day long, having them delivered at your door. Finally, the owners live nearby and they will be at your disposal whenever needed. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 8 euros per night from April to October and 2 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The seaside village of Platanias is located 13 km west of Chania city. The area has faced a great development in tourism during the last decades and the small village has now turned into a lively suburb of Chania. The proximity to Chania, the beautiful beach and the regular bus services from Chania have made Platanias the most popular beach near Chania city. The old village is built on a hillside with fantastic view of the sea and the islet of Thodorou. The beach of Platanias is a lovely long sandy beach, along which you will find everything that is provided on well organised beaches, such as beach bars, umbrellas, showers, snack bars, lifeguards, water sports etc. On the east side of the local harbour, close to Agia Marina, you can enjoy swimming in the several small artificial coves. During summer nights, the night clubs in the area host thousands of people, both Greeks and foreigners, who dance till dawn. There is nothing that you cannot find in Platanias, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants, souvenirs and services, all within walking distance from the Villa.
