Property info

Seaview Villas complex contains five fully autonomous and independent maisonettes: POSEIDON (with private pool), TRITON, NIREUS, PROTEUS (with private pool), MERMAID. Every maisonette is built on two levels and has unimpeded view to the sea. On the lower level there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with two sofas, one of which is transformed into a double bed and upstairs there are two bedrooms with a double bed eah one. Every one of them has its own independent surrounding area of 350m² to 500m² sown with grass with a barbecue pavilion and a parking space. "Poseidon" & "Proteas" have private pool with dimensions 3x5m. , comfortable sunbeds & pouf, umbrellas and outdoor solar shower each.

In charming Vourvourou, in one of the most beatiful places of the second peninsula of Halkidiki and in 400 m distance from the sea, there are five detached maisonettes which constitute an oasis of tranquility and luxury not only during the summer period. They are situated in a particularly privileged position, as they are built amphitheatrically in an all green area of 4200m² with a panoramic view of the small islands of the Sigitikos Gulf and the imposing Mount Athos at the backround. They are the ideal place for relaxation for everyone seeking an exceptional and comfortable accommodation
