Our villa is located in Vourvourou village of Chalkidiki (Sithonia, Greece).  Seaside is only 15 meters away and the view from the house is wonderful. It is a 120 square meters building divided into three floors. Η μοναδική αυτή μεζονέτα (βίλα) βρίσκεται στη Βουρβουρού Σιθωνίας του νομού Χαλκιδικής. Η παραλία είναι σε απόσταση 15 μέτρων και η θέα είναι υπέροχη. Πρόκειται για βίλα 120 τετραγωνικών μέτρων σε τρεις ορόφους. Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο με δυο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα μπάνιο. Επίσης υπάρχει ένα ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι όπου κανείς μπορεί να χαλαρώσει και να απολαύσει την υπέροχη θέα. Το ισόγειο αποτελείται από μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένα W.C. και ένα living room από το οποίο υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο μπαλκόνι και στον κήπο. Στο ημιυπόγειο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι (και επιπλέον δυο μονά κρεβάτια), ένα σαλόνι και ένα μπάνιο. Η ιδιοκτησία διαθέτει χώρο πάρκιγκ για δυο αυτοκίνητα, wi-fi, air condition, πλυντήριο ρούχων και μπάρμπεκιου. Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα, όχι πολύ μακριά από το σπίτι, να νοικιάσει κανείς βάρκα και να επισκεφθεί τις υπέροχες τοποθεσίες και παραλίες της περιοχής
