It has 2 big private terraces ( verandas ) .The center of Spetses island is 15 minutes walking and the first beautifull beach is 1 minute walking. The next beach is Kaiki beach , 5 minutes walking where you will find all day open bar to enjoy your drink or launch and of course you can have fun with water sports. At the neigborhood, you will find also verry good restaurants with a beautifull sea view , cafe, mini markets and bakery shop.Room services is not available .No sea viewing .
