A lovely villa, fully equipped able to accommodate up to 6 people. Two air-conditioned bedrooms, modern kitchen, fully equipped. Ideal home for “outdoor living” offering large lawn space, roofed terrace with dining and sitting area, gas barbecue, and outdoor shower! The beach is just meters away while the city of Chania just a 20' of distance. It is an ideal location for total relaxation, comfort and peace of mind!

Neighborhood info

The house is located in the area of Stavros famous for its sandy beach. At about 300m you can find cafes, restaurants, ATM and mini markets. The city of Chania is just 20 minutes away by car or by bus. At 200m you can find a bus stop with regular routes (every half an hour) to the center of Chania. Stavros is a dreamy sandy cove and an excellent spot for relaxing holidays. The circular coast is pleasantly catered with umbrellas and sunbeds. You can easily access this beach within 20 km from Chania Town. It is a popular summer destination among the locals but the limited tourist development leaves the area totally unspoiled. There are numerous taverns that serve fresh fish and other local Cretan delicacies. The bare hump on one side of the bay has its name in Hollywood, as the slope was the location for the academy award nominated movie Zorba the Greek starring Anthony Quinn and Alan Bates.
