Stefania's Cosy Place is situated in Stavros and offers a fully equipped and air-conditioned residence with balcony and terrace in a garden with plants and olivetrees. Αll windows have electric shutters and screen - the mesh panel that keeps insects out :) Stefania΄s Cosy Place is a family and friends΄ house, which has been built in total respect of the surrounding enviroment, in which it is located. Originally, it was meant to be our familys΄ get away retreat. A serene location where we could all relax and recharge our batteries. I take great pride in knowing that we have all made a great deal of amazing memories.
So, the time has come for us, to share this unique expirience with others! Therefore, we would be honoured to welcome quests who wish to aliviate stress and create amazing memories!
Our air-conditioned accomodation with the olivetrees garden and thw barbeque area is located 1.2 km from Sunset beach, 1.3 from Golden beach and less than 2km from the famous Stavros beach! The airport is 10km away and about 15 km away from the beautiful city of Chania.
