Located just on the coast from Skala to Poros, within 1km further our original Villa Brio complex, the villas offer superb views over the blue horizon of the Ionian Sea; the smooth coastline. Location generates a unique sense of “being away from it all”, yet close enough to amenities along the coast...

Villa Brio Exclusive complex is located at a focal point on the coastline from Skala to Poros, 2,5 km from Skala & 40 min drive from the local International Airport. The location of Villa Brio Exclusive complex offers the unique feeling of being “away from it all”, yet close enough to amenities…In a few steps from your villa’s garden, you dive into turquoise waters via a private wooden deck into the sea! Within 150m away there is a 5* resort, which offers high quality spa treatments & diving courses. In about 1km from the villas, on the coast to Skala, you find restaurants with stunning sea views, while in 200 m further a music bar, a pastry shop & a super market. From that point to the centre of Skala village, the coast develops busier providing a great variety of restaurants, bars, food shops, car&bike rentals, pharmacy, medical centre, ATM etc. At that point also, the impeccable beauty of the famous long sandy beach of Skala begins & keeps for the next 5 km, offering numerous options from water sports & boat hire to lazy sunbathing & naturist bay…Walking on the lighted pavement by the sea or cycling & jogging along the coast of Skala is a true delight!
