Our villas are designed in every detail to offer a special warmth and intimacy to visitors as they provide all the necessary comforts. The Villa Constancia constructed with care and respect for the natural environment, with stone and wood, decorated in earth tones with comfortable furnishings. Villa-1 and the villa-2 was constructed in 2012 and 2015 respectively Description With facilities and first-class amenities to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Both villas on the first floor are two spacious bedrooms with a double in one and two single beds in the other, with air conditioning, tv led 32 '' large wardrobes, balcony and bathroom with bathtub. Downstairs is the living room open plan with kitchen, with air conditioning, fireplace, satellite 42 '' Smart tv HD TV, Home Cinema-DVD player, a three-seater and a two seater sofa, telescopic dining table, a chair that becomes a single bed, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and cooking facilities. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the terrace there is a table with chairs, lounge terrace
In Kato Stalos , you'll find a beautiful and very clean beach, 150 metres away from our Villas, with it's main feature being the extended sandy beach and the crystal clear sea. It has been awarded with the Blue Flag of the European Union and is distinguished by it's great organization. The Theodorou Islands is located at a close distance, and can be reached via a boat. A lot of hotels, rooms for rent, apartments and villas of every category can be found in the area. There are also restaurants and taverns where you can taste Crete's nutrition, which is the Mediterranean diet's base, and has been recognized since the old age as the ideal diet for maintaining a healthy and long life. Last but not least, beach bars and shops of every kind can be found as well. In Platanias, nightlife activities are pretty keen by the summer months. The central road has very good transport methods, with frequent bus routes that can transport you in Chania or most of the beaches, in an inexpensive way. By the summer months there are also bus routes by the night.
