Villa Ismini is a three levels luxurious, modernly decorated and fully equipped villa, just 50 meters from the beach. It is ideal for families, couples travelling together or friends with a maximum capacity of 6 persons. The city of Chania and the beautiful old venetian port is 4 km from villa Ismini. Guests can enjoy the Greek sun and the magnificent view to the sea from the three terraces of the villa. Villa Ismini can accommodate 6 persons in 3 spacious bedrooms. The ground floor includes a huge living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a smaller one, a TV set, dining area with a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities and appliances needed. (oven, stove, microwave, filter and espresso coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, spices and all the cooking utensils. At the same floor there is also a large wc. The first floor includes 2 huge bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, a walking closet and a bathroom with a washing machine. The second bedroom has a kindgsize bed, a wardrobe and each own bathroom.The second floor (a 35m2 bedroom) includes a double bed, an open wardrobe, a small sofa and a bathroom.

(restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, bus stop) It's a great place to explore beaches (Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna) traditional mountain villages (Therisso), monasteries, monuments. The sandy beach of Kalamaki is 100 meters from villa Ismini and is well organized with beach umbrellas and sun beds.
