The property is a private complex on the southwest coast of Naxos, comprising three independent units: the main villa, Villa Kamari, and two guest houses, each designed as self-contained apartments. Every unit is arranged to ensure maximum privacy, and the property can be rented as a whole or individually. Villa Kamari, the main residence, features three bedrooms: one double with a king-size bed, one double with a queen-size bed, and one twin with two single beds that can be combined if desired. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and include en-suite bathrooms with showers. The living area is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and two armchairs, framed by large glass windows and a sliding door that open onto a covered veranda with seating, bringing the surrounding views inside. The villa’s dining area opens via French doors onto a rear patio set among natural marble boulders. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining space is a pergola-covered outdoor dining area with a built-in sofa, table, and chairs. A large elevated platform on the side can be used for sunbathing or stargazing on clear nights. Outdoors, the villa offers multiple seating areas, a spacious infinity pool, and a jacuzzi with uninterrupted views over the Aegean Sea towards Paros. Guest House 1 offers a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a cozy terrace, and its own pool, providing a secluded retreat within the property. Guest House 2 features a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a kitchenette, and an elevated outdoor area with a private pool and jacuzzi, all designed to maximize views and privacy. The accommodation combines privacy, space, and refined design with the surrounding landscape. It is set directly above Glyfada Beach, a long natural sandy beach framed by dunes and cedar trees. The generous outdoor areas, multiple terraces, and sea-facing platforms make the property ideal for relaxed beach days, sunsets, and enjoying the island’s natural beauty in comfort.
