DreamVillas Crete is a project created to serve one purpose... to help you find a wonderful place to relax and a dedicated service to satisfy your needs. What we do! To achieve offering unique services, after your contact, George will be your travel consultant, who will be assisting you for everything you may need while visiting Crete. By understanding how precious your vacation time is, our concierge service can take care of any arrangements you need organised, prior to your holiday. Dreamy holidays was always our goal while planning a trip. That is how the idea came up. When we plan our holidays we want to experience most of the place we are visiting. Meet new people and their culture, explore new places, learn new things, taste local flavors, enjoy nature, create new experiences and of course relax and fill our batteries. So when we return home we have created a memory that will last long in our minds and heart. Operating since 2019, we have enjoyed two years of hosting guests and assisting them to explore the beauty of Crete, as well as learning what is important for a relaxing getaway. We have created a large group of partners, always happy to serve you and provide a warm welcome to new experiences.

Entrance Villa Kleanthi has private parking inside the Villa to park your car hires and enter the Villa from the inside or the stairs just outside of the parking place. The main entrance is at the side with a few steps around the pool, up to the front door. Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace & Sunbathing Area The swimming pool sits among a lawned garden with trees and flowering shrubs making it the ideal place to relax on one of the sunbeds whilst admiring those distant sea views. A few steps up from the pool terrace, there is a large balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea and a playground for your children. Living Space & Kitchen The bright, open plan kitchen, dining and seating area on the ground floor is a great place to socialise after a day by the pool. There are patio doors and windows which flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space. There is also a large balcony located off this room with a stone BBQ. Relax in the living area which is dominated by the fantastic views over the bay and beyond. From here, patio doors open to a spacious terrace where you will find the outdoor furniture. The perfect place to enjoy your evenings watching the sunset. Bedrooms & Bathrooms On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom and a family bathroom with a shower and also its' very own private balcony with sea view. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each one with its' terrace and fabulous views of the surrounding area. These bedrooms also share a separate bathroom. There is also sun deck on the 1st-floor terrace, designed to offer moments of luxury while enjoying the views of the Aegean Sea. Villa Kleanthi is a modernly designed Villa, offering unlimited views to the Aegean Sea. The heated pool and the central heating of the Villa offers a unique holiday experience during all months of the year. On the basement are the private garage and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. ​The elevator offers easy accessibility to all floors of the house.

The neighbourhood If you're a beach lover, Villa Kleanthi is a great choice, located just 500m from Kato Stalos Beach, which is said to be one of the best beaches on the island! There's a wide choice of places to eat, drink and shop both on the seafront and in the nearby old village of Pano Stalos and Agia Marina. Whether you choose to dine at a waterfront restaurant or opt for an authentic family-run taberna in the village square, you'll be spoilt for your choice! Pano Stalos, located 150m southern, is a beautiful village, surrounded by green hills and amazing formations of rocks. Stalos is an ideal place to stay for a holiday. The picturesque city of Chania has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants in both the old town and harbour, which is less than 20 minutes' drive from the Villa. Local markets & Shopping Less than 5 minutes walk away, there's a mini market for those daily essentials, as well as several shops to choose from, which is a few minutes walk from the Villa. Every Saturday, in the city of Chania, is a market where you can pick up fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as the local yoghurts and cheese. The old town has a mix of shops ranging from a bootmaker to boutique clothing. Bars & Restaurants You'll be spoilt for choice on where to eat in Agia Marina and Stalos. There are several tavernas that sell the local food such as Beef Stifado and Lamb Kleftiko. If you prefer fish, there are some waterfront tavernas that overlook the sea. Or why not put on your dancing shoes and head to one of the many nightclubs or cocktail and music bars?
