Built on a private land of 4.500 m2, Villa Palena is located just 100 meters on foot away from the beautiful, sandy beach of Marathi and several tavernas. It is fully equipped to meet your needs with exclusive amenities such as its sports field, spa room, recreation room, smart living areas, and relaxation spots that are scattered throughout the premises, all the while offering ample space and privacy. Covering 520 m² across four levels, Villa Palena accommodates up to 14 guests in seven elegant en-suite bedrooms, with the option to host up to 20 guests if needed. The services below are also included in the price: - Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats. - Daily Housekeeping except for Sunday and final cleaning - Linen and towel change every 2 days - Shopping before arrival (cost of groceries not included) Each guest from the 15th person is charged sixty euros extra per day. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is located in Marathi only 100 meters from sandy Marathi beach. Marathi has two wonderful beaches, divided by the pier of the harbour. Both are sandy and well organised with sun beds and umbrellas with cafes and tavernas. Marathi is near Sternes village which is one of the 20 villages of Akrotiri peninsula. In the Akrotiri area you will find some remarkable historical monuments, century-old monasteries and churches, impressive caves with rich lithological and archaeological interest. If you are looking for shops and entertainment, then Chania city is only a 25 minutes drive away from the villa.
