Villa Palma consists of two separate apartments of 75 s.m. each. One of them is on the first floor. There are two separate bedrooms, a big living room together with a kitchen which can accommodate a fifth visitor and a bathroom. There is also air-conditioning. The other apartment of Villa Palma which is about 75 m2 consists of two separate bedrooms, a big living room together with a kitchen which can accommodate two extra visitors and a bathroom and is located at the semi basement of the house. As a result it is the coolest place of the house. However, there is air conditioning for the people who need to feel even cooler. There is a private entrance and a private bathroom as well. There is a garden where someone can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The sea is 150 meters away on foot, while a car is needed for the nearby beaches with the crystal clear waters. There are a lot of beautiful beaches with or without beach bars near the house and the whole island. In addition, there are even more restaurants and taverns all around. We are at your disposal to give you any further information.
Villa Palma is a family house where the owners spend holiday time together with their visitors.
The neighbourhood is very quiet, in the middle of areas of olive trees. There is a drug store and medical centre in the vicinity while the two main harbours are some minutes drive only. There is also the biggest supermarket of the island in the vicinity, aswell as a small market nearby.
