Luxurious new maisonette with modern selected furniture, surface of 114 sq.m. at Gennadi Beach in South Rhodes.
Villa Papagiorgio is a country family maisonette in South Rhodes.
Provides accommodation for 6 persons, including three double bedrooms (double and comfortable bed).
It has three bathrooms, kitchen, dinning table, living room with corner relax sofa and fireplace, air conditioning in all rooms, full electric and household equipment (including fridge, electric stove, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, plasma smart TV, Wi-Fi Internet).
On the first floor and in the three (3) rooms correspond three balconies that offer beautiful calmness sea view… where the South Aegean is embraced by the Mediterranean Sea.
The outside surface area of 600 sq.m. includes a eco-friendly swimming pool of 15 sq.m. with gradual depth for safety reasons to children of 1.20 to 1.50 meters.
Villa also has four parking spaces, barbecue and a beautiful garden with plants and flowers of Rhodian nature, while the surrounding area has formed paths of cast stone slabs and pebbles that end up on the back of the garden where a magnificent pine tree dominates.
We are waiting you to enjoy in magic South Rhodes area of Rhodes Island with its traditional villages and endless sunny beaches in the most convenient location to stay in the countryside area for your perfect holidays with your family and your friends.
Cleanliness and "functional" rest from your bedroom to the pool and... garden hammock are my top priority for "Villa Papagiorgio" enjoyment. The central endless and beautiful beach of Gennadi area is only 100 meters distance from our countryside holiday home and a morning or afternoon swim or seaside walk is recommended to all guests!
My tips for good food and beautiful excursions will surely be the best guide for you!!!
Within 100 meters you can walk and swim at the endless central beach of Gennadi where you can choose the ultimate serenity, harmony and isolation or its organized spots with tourist shops and restaurants. At the same distance from the opposite side is the village of Gennadi, where you will find supermarkets, traditional restaurants, cafes, and at even less than 100 meters you will find the Gennadi Health Center and the Pharmacy of the area. On an axon of 10-25 km there are beautiful traditional villages such as Vati, Αrnitha, Asklipio, the famous Lindos and the famous beach for wind surfers athletes Prasonisi. Villa Papagiorgio is 70 km from Rhodes Diagoras Airport, 68 km from the city of Rhodes and 25 km from Lindos Village.
