With outdoor private pools and gardens and lavishly decorated interiors, Art Villas are a haven of tranquility and enchantment. Our modern and minimalist villas are constructed with high standard materials and according to high energy efficiency system, with respect to the environment as well as to the health, safety and comfort of the guests ensuring all expectations for a luxurious and relaxing holiday are fulfilled. The villas can accommodate families and small groups. Villa Violin is a two floor villa with 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor), 2 bathrooms (1 in each floor), a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. On the other hand, Villa Piano is a one level villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living area. In both villas large windows lead from the living room to the garden, where you will find a dining area to enjoy your meals and the private swimming pool, where you can relax while gazing at the spectacular sea views!

I am Anastasia, the hostess of Art Villas. I am a theatrical director based in Kefalonia, my home island. The location of Art Villas was carefully chosen in order to offer to my guests what I mostly appreciate in the island...the magnificent sea views and the total peace of mind. The villas hold a unique combination of modern simplicity, a new eco construction offering all amenities and equipment required from the most demanding visitor. I personally decorated the villas with lots of care and great attention to detail, according to my personal minimalist taste. I welcome you to experience magical sunrises and total tranquility in the 5000 m2 private grounds with vineyards, olive, fig and apricot trees as well as a wide selection of local herbs.

The villa is located above the secluded paradise beach of Spithi, where due to height difference, there is access by a 10 min walking trail. The popular and beautiful Skala beach is just a 10 min trail on foot or a 5 min drive, where you can find watersports and daily boat cruises. The village of Skala offers all amenities and services, as well as a selection of waterside restaurants, cafes, bars and souvenir shops. This villa is an ideal place for those wanting to relax and stay 'at home' for the majority of their holiday, as well as for those wanting a base to explore the rest of the island. There are nearby attractions such as the remains of a Roman villa and old Skala village. There are several beaches nearby like Kaminia, Katelios, the beautiful Koroni and Lourdas.
