Perfectly situated near an idyllic coastal location on the outskirts of Agia Marina, Chania, Villa Reale is a contemporary architectural retreat. The 420 m² villa spans two levels and accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms. It features a rooftop terrace with a fire pit, a heated pool, sauna, gym, playroom, ping pong table, and an outdoor playground. The villa also uses solar panels to support sustainability for a large portion of its energy needs. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is located in the village of Stalos, very close (3 Km) to the in the seaside lively settlements of Agia Marina and Platanias (5 Km). In Agia Marina and Platanias guests can find many tavernas, restaurants, souvenir shops, cafe bars and many other local enterprises, as well as a medical center, drugstores, police station, banks and gas stations. The proximity to Chania and the beautiful beach have made Agia Marina and Platanias two of the most popular beaches near Chania city, with clear shallow waters and golden sand. During summer nights, the night clubs in the area host thousands of people, both Greeks and foreigners, who dance till dawn. Also, just a short drive away from Chania city (just 8 km) this lively resort is a great base for excursions and daily trips. Finally, you would not want to miss a walk through the Old Town, its Venetian harbour and the alleys that count almost 5.000 years of history and architecture.
