A unique mix of historic beauty and elegance can be found in this restored neoclassical villa from the 19th century with a lot of its original features still intact. This unique villa of 209 sqm comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, one sun terrace, 1 kitchen area and a private court yard. The property can comfortably fit 8 people; an additional person can sleep in the couch of the upper floor living room.

The house is in heart of the old town and it is on a quite cal-de-sac. From the balcony you can gaze other rooftops and the paved uphill path which is popular for walks in the summer. It is next to a bakery and in the morning from the kitchen you can enjoy the smell of bread and freshly baked pies. The house is located 5minutes walk from the main port of the island (dapia) and 20 minutes walk from the old harbor where most of the restaurants and bars are located. There are no cars allowed in the island but in case you rent scooters you can park them in front of the house.
