Kod Spavalice has been run by our family for over 25 years, across three generations. For us this isn't just a business but a way of life, and it shows in how we host. We're here whenever you need us, but we also give you space — you decide how much contact you'd like, and we're never pushy about it. Our konoba serves fresh fish, seafood and Dalmatian dishes, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options that are hard to find elsewhere on the island.

Guesthouse Kod Spavalice is a small family-run guesthouse with 7 rooms on the island of Vir. Unlike the self-catering apartments that make up most of the island, here you're properly looked after: breakfast every morning, daily housekeeping with fresh towels, and our own konoba serving home-style Dalmatian cooking right on site. We have 4 double rooms, each with a bedroom, private bathroom and a living area, and 3 larger family rooms offering more space and privacy. Pets are welcome. We can also arrange boat trips and speedboat tours around the island for our guests, and fishing programmes outside the peak season — a chance to experience the area and its traditions first-hand.

Neighborhood info

We're set in a quiet residential part of Vir, away from the summer crowds, which makes us a calm base for exploring the island and the wider region of northern Dalmatia. Zadar and its rich offering of sights, restaurants and culture is a short drive away across the bridge.
