Apartmani Šime nalaze se u Sukošanu. Objekt je udaljen 100 m od plaže, i od najveće marine Dalmacije na Jadranu. D-Marin, marina Dalmacija koja je danas atraktivni nautičko-turistički punkt, sa brojnim sadržajima. Posebnu čar apartmanima daje prostrani vrt, u kojem roditelji s djecom mogu bezbrižno uživati. Dok djeca uživaju u igri, roditelji dašak mira mogu pronaći u hladu sjenice, koja se nalazi uz veliki kamin gdje gosti u vrtu mogu pripremati grill, sami ili uz pomoć domaćina. Vlasnici objekta mogu pomoći pri organizaciji usluga prijevoza (uz nadoplatu) iz i do zračne luke i izleta do Nacionalnih parkova. Gostima objekta u najam nudimo gumenjak i dva veza za brodove do 6 metara. Oni željni vožnje bicikle imaju na raspolaganju šest bicikla, koje mogu koristiti besplatno. Objekt uključuje besplatno privatno parkiralište, klimatizirane sobe s opremljenom kuhinjom i balkonom i besplatni WiFi. Gostima želimo boravak učiniti što ugodnijim.
Sukošan je malo mjesto koje živi za ljeto i od ljeta. U ljetnim mjesecima svatko može pronaći nešto za sebe. Svaki tjedan se organiziraju ribarske feštice, gdje uz miris ribe i pjesme možete uživati u čarima Dalmacije. Za djecu se organiziraju kreativne radionice, gdje mogu izraditi svoj vlastiti suvenir. Oni koji su željni klapske pjesme, mogu uživati u večeri klapske pjesme "Ispod Kampanela". Posebno je zanimljiva za goste trka tovarov koja se održava tradicionalno već 42.godine. Domaćini za svoje goste posebno se pripremaju za feštu Sv.Kasijana, koji je njihov svetac zaštitnik. Večer uoči fešte se organizira klapski koncert na Novoj rivi i vatromet. Od povijesnih znamenitosti posebno je gostima privlačan nadbiskupski ljetnikovac "Palac", koji se nalazi na umjetno nasutom otočiću usred mora. potječe iz 15.stoljeća.
