Each apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and an outside sitting area. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen, toilet with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, clothes, and a cleaning agent. Towels, shower gel, and a hairdryer are provided. The apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood, near Vruljica park and Tankerkomerc Marina Zadar. The center of Zadar "Old Town" can be reached by a slow walk of 15 minutes through the park and over the pedestrian bridge. For a shortened route and to avoid the crowd on the bridge we recommend going with Zadar's Barkajoli. Barkajoli, the Rowing Boatmen of Zadar have been a trademark of the city for almost 800 years. In small rowing boats, they transport passengers from Điga, the breakwater with the lighthouse, to the Peninsula and back.

Free parking is available on the street, in a nearby parking lot, or within in the park area. The location is close to Zadar city center, perfect for enjoying the summer atmosphere yet far enough to avoid the crowds. Please note that parking cannot be guaranteed or reserved in advance. You have your peace where you can have a drink, prepare a meal, read a book, and enjoy a pleasant garden atmosphere. Bakery Zadranka is on 300m. Pancake bar Slatka Tajna is on 450m. Jadran beach is on 750m.
