Your host Jelena is a warm and welcoming person who truly enjoys taking care of her guests. Now retired, she dedicates her time to making every stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. It is not unusual for guests to be welcomed with fresh fruit or even homemade pastries, prepared with care and a personal touch. Jelena believes in a traditional style of hosting, where guests are not just visitors but are treated with genuine kindness and attention. She is always happy to share local tips, recommend restaurants, and help guests experience Zadar like a local. While her English may not be perfect, her warmth, smile, and genuine hospitality speak a universal language that guests truly appreciate. At the same time, guests can enjoy full flexibility, as self check-in via a secure key box is also available if needed.

Everything is within walking distance – the Sea Organ, Greeting to the Sun, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, and local shops. The Old Town is lively, especially during the summer months, with a vibrant evening atmosphere and nearby bars and restaurants.
