Modern, fully airconditioned 70m2 apartment with balcony. Situated in quiet neighborhood, 5min walking distance to the town center, 10min walk to the nearest beach. Free private parking included. Free WiFi in entire apartment, 55" TV with Netflix in living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is attached to our residential address but it is completely self-contained with its own private entrance and balcony area.
