Two apartments with two separated terraces on first floor and one ground floor apartment with balcony, all of them near the Sea and have a wonderful view on the Sea and islands. Each of two terraces on first floor has its own 27 m2 and 35 m2 (square meter). Nearby there is a mini market, a fortress and restaurant as well as a museum, a children's playground is under the fortress, and the beaches are 250 m away walking distance. The city centar is 10 min walking or 2 min by car far away. So, everything is quite close.
I am a student in Rijeka (Maritime college). I love many sports. My parents are owners and I am Apartment manager.
Nearby there is a mini market, a fortress restaurant as well as a museum, a children's playground is under the fortress, and the beaches are 250 m away walking distance. So, everything is very close. Apartment is located in peaceful neighborhood.
