At Adriatic Pearls we spread love and enthusiasm for the Adriatic Sea and enjoying life. Our mission is to make people happy on their holiday. The way we do this is by making them fall in love with Adriatic Sea and show them how to best enjoy this amazingly beautiful piece of the world. We ensure that by giving people a choice of only best, rigorously selected villas, apartments and hotels, first-hand tips about secluded beaches, places to get fresh fish and a tip where to find the best ice cream in town. We experience each of our locations personally, so we are giving our guests first-hand tips & tricks, just the way we would give it to our closest friend. We want you to come home in love with in this beautiful Adriatic coast at least as half as we are.

Here is where the „concept of “Mediterranean, as it once was“ combined with a touch of modernity, really comes to place. Mediterranean house Kamenjak has two units, one of the owners (first floor) and the other one, named Tranquillo, ground floor, for the guests. Even when the owners are there, which is just a couple of weeks in summer, the guest have complete privacy and peace. The house is newly built. This romantic Tranquillo apartment consists of a wonderful honeymoon bedroom with comfortable double bed and another room with a bunk bed for two children or two young at heart adults. The apartment has a modern kitchen and dining area with fancy living room with flat screen SAT TV. Since the house is built in traditional stone technique based on solar power and has a constant breeze from the sea, there was no real need for air-conditioning; however, a fan can be provided upon request. The real thing happens outside of the house – a decked spacious terrace with a table for breakfasts and family dinners, sun chairs for chilling out and a fantastic sea view! Apartment Tranquillo is located directly at the private beach which has a private concrete patch.

Directly under the sunny terrace there are 15 steps, which lead to a private (rocky) beach with concrete plateaus and a pier, from where you can jump into the sea or use the dock ladder. There are sun umbrellas and sun loungers provided on the private beach. Pebble beach enthusiasts should visit the Gradina bay just 1 km away from the apartment, or make a trip to the Proizd Island, just 20 minutes from the apartments with a rented boat or 40 minutes with a local taxi boat (departing 4 x times a day from Vela Luka to island Proizd). This special Island was selected as the most popular beach in the Adriatic Sea in 2008. It has 4 beautiful pebble beaches, one of which is nudist (FKK). Stracincica is a small bay 5 km away from Vela Luka centre (diametrically on the other side of the island of Korcula, where the historical town of Korcula lies). To reach Stracincica, you need to drive past the local villages 10 min away from Vela Luka centre, where the ferry brings you from Split and where you will find all the shops, ice cream, post office, local market, bakery, restaurants and bars. The first restaurant is just 1 km away from the apartment, in Gradina Bay.
