Renting those apartments is my additional job. I'm working in one big telecom company as a software developer. Some of my hobbies are iOS programming, swimming, skiing, gym and astronomy.

Property info

Apartments are located in the small Village Zavala on the south side of Island Hvar surrounded with olive trees, vineyards and very close to the sea. This part of Island Hvar is famous for the best beaches crystal sea and is very peaceful. Suitable for families and those who wants to recover during vacations. Although the house is in the peaceful part of Island Hvar, it's 10min to Jelsa, and 40 min to the town of Hvar with a car. We have four apartments, each apartment is equipped with internet access, air condition, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and bathroom, and with a big balconies.

Neighborhood info

There are several houses in the vicinity. Mostly these are apartment houses however they are far enough from each other so this is a very peaceful area for your holidays. One note, as far as coming from the port to the house. It takes 14km. First 10km of the road is wide enough and paved road. After that, the road leads uphill through the small village of Pitve. The road here is quite narrow but everything is paved. When you pass Pitve you will reach the old tunnel with traffic lights. The traffic direction through the tunnel is regulated by these traffic lights. After that you descend the narrow paved road to the house. That part of the road from Pitve to the house is narrower with a one-way tunnel. These are not some obstacles, but can be useful information for less experienced drivers.
