The sunlit open-plan ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a beautiful living room with a fireplace. The 5th bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor. The bright living room offers direct access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful swimming pool measuring 4 m x 8 m and 1.5 m deep. Whether relaxing in the pool or on the comfortable loungers by the pool, guests of Villa Gradina will enjoy a captivating view of the bay and the turquoise sea dotted with sailboats.
