The outdoor area boasts a beautiful swimming pool, ideal for relaxing on warm days. The rooftop terrace, with its unforgettable sea-view, offers barbeque, outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi. It is a perfect spot to enjoy in summer nights under sky full of stars. This villa combines comfort and luxury in very unique surrounding.

Villa is located right next to the bridge to the island of Vir, where there are many beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. The villa is only 20 meters from the sea and sand beach which will make your stay even more special. Nearby are also two of the most famous sandy beaches in the region: Queen's beach and Sabunike. The metropolitan city of Zadar is about 20km away, where the must-see station is two of the most famous attractions: the sea organ and the greeting of the sun. Just a 10-minute drive from villa is the charming little town of Nin that used to be a royal city.
