The old stone house on 4 floors is located in the pedestrian village without cars (parking 80m). The new kitchen is spacious with good equipment provided. Upstairs a large air-conditioned room with a double bed and a bathroom. On the second floor is the courtyard terrace on one side and the air-conditioned room with lounge area and separate area with 2 beds. 3rd floor room with 2 single beds and the bathroom. Internet, TV via satellite with card TNT-SAT (most of the French channels except Canal+, many international channels via Anstra 19.2 and Hotbird) and all the Croatian channels, washing machine. Courtyard terrace with barbecue and garden shower.
I am originally from Croatia, but I am living in Belgium since 35 years. Every year I am coming with my family back in this village which I like a lot. I a living then in a house nearby the house which I am renting out.
Pedestrian medieval village perched on a hill 275m above sea level. From the top the 360 ° view is breathtaking! Motovun with its central location is ideal for exploring Istria. A multitude of coastal beaches in a distance from 29km on. It is also a famous wine region, especially for its Teran and Malvasia grapes; in the forest down the hill grow white truffles and excellent black ones which are the pride of the local restaurants. A 9 km from the village are the thermal baths (Istarske Toplice) with water rich in sulfur and other minerals that are known and used since Roman times. The many paths are a delight for cyclists and hikers. Children will enjoy the beaches and water-fun parks (Istralandia, Aquacolors)
