Cosy Sunrise Villa is a 200m2 property with a fenced backyard (240m2). A spacious air-conditioned living room has a direct exit to a backyard sun terrace. There is a dining table and a big sofa bed that ensures a sleeping space for 2 people. On the side of the living room, there is an open, fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. In the daily part of the house, an additional guest toilet is available. A nice backyard ensures a lot of privacy and is a perfect place to relax. There is a sun deck with a private swimming pool (22m2), outdoor shower and sun loungers. A barbecue area with a set of garden furniture is a perfect place for a freshly prepared dinner. Two private unfenced parking spaces are available in front of the villa.
