“Super lokacija. Samo 20 m stran od morja, ko pa zapreš vrata v dvorišče pa popolna tišina ter privatnost. Bazen je izjemna zabava za otroke. Hiša pa ima 3 ločene apartaje, vsakega s svojo kuhinjo. Super za več družin. Zelo zadovoljni!”

Our guests are completely separated from the other guests in the area due to high house walls. Own patio and garden at disposal. Seafront; the house entrance is separated from the seafront by the own pat ( only 20 steps from the sea and 50 m to the first concrete beach and 100 m from the pebble beach with the pine area ). In the area of 250 meters, guests have sent beach with shallow water for children, pine forest beach, and open-air swimming pools at the end of both sides of the village. The house is situated in the very center of the village surrounded by grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. Only 10 minutes drive to the Zadar, public transport stations nearby the house, taxi service available. This spring we made a new kitchen in the ground floor and in the studio. We have two new dishwasher machines, many new items. Hopefully to Your enjoyment. The village has also improved the main street and there is free space for parking in front of the house.
The house is an inheritance from Damir Martinović, from his grandfather Moro. He was a very interesting man who knew how to create, had a donkey and was a poet. The house is very interesting and has a lot of old character. This spring we (every year we make something new, like the pool) made two new kitchens and have a 2 dishwashers, new big refrigerator, microwave … We are musicians and we travel a lot so we understand that You have to keep up with the world❤️.
The village Petrčand is very small but with beautiful beaches from sand to stone with big trees underneath is beautiful to protect Yourself from the sun. The village is very popular for swimming and other sports including the sea. Nearby is the beautiful Zadar a city famous for its rich history. On the other side there is Nin a small but also very nice place to visit. The whole area is full of nice beaches and nature.
