Luxury and modern holiday house, is located in Privlaka, 15 km from Zadar, near Nin. Ideal for perfect family or friends vacation and relaxing. It is located in the old and quiet part of the village, 500 m from sea, 650 m from the beach. The house is fully air conditioned, and has available WiFi. The ground floor is located in a modern living room with sofa for two persons, SAT/TV and audio system. There is fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (can be split) with SAT/TV and air conditioning. There is bathroom with whirlpool bath. On the floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, both with bathroom within, TV/SAT, air conditioning and balcony with overlooking the sea. There is a table and sun loungers where you can enjoy drinking morning birds and watching the birds... Guests are also available towels, bed linen, shampoos and hairdryer. The house has garden with a specious terrace with barbecue, table chairs and sun loungers. It also has hall for table tennis, some facilities for children and two bicycles. There is parking for two cars, free. Here you can enjoy on long sandy beaches, some of them are just for few people.

The house area is local and friendly. Here you can enjoy in long sandy beaches, some of them are like little oases just for few people.. At 1 km from the house you can have various sports activities during summer time (diving, tennis, horse riding, submarine tours and excursions with boat on National park Kornati and Telašćica, or National park Plitvice and Krka. There is also special excursion to Park of nature river Zrmanja where you can drive with kajak down the river. Also you can discover historical sites of Nin and Zadar.
