Vela Luka on Korčula is the youngest settlement on the island and the birthplace of many Croatian artists. Above the town itself is the most important archaeological site in the Mediterranean - Vela spila (cave). During the evening walk, the traditional klapa song heard from the market square of the church of St. Joseph will not leave you indifferent.
