Specious and very private garden with beautiful palm trees. Garden surrounded by green. New, modest size and cosy house in the middle of the narrower part of the Vir island with easy access to beaches both on south and north (10-15 minutes walk, 2 minutes by bike). Supermarket only 2 minutes from the house. Few minutes walk to downtown but just far enough not to be disturbed by nightlife.
Thank you for choosing our house. We love to use the house for out vacations. The house is not primarily used for business and therefore is carefully taken care of as our home. We constantly improve the house and we hope you will see it. E.g. in 2024 we installed small swimming pool.
There are no tourist houses around. House is surrounded by local or empty houses. Advantage is that place is very quite (no other tourist, no parties etc). Potential disadvantage is that houses around are not renovated although some people might like it due to its authentic character. You will feel like you live in Vir with all good and bad:-). Place is very safe. Parking is about 30 meters from the house but not in front of the house. We will send the instructions to show where park exactly.
