Solar energy only, no electric power: 220V (can charge mobile phone or laptop, without using a hair dryer) Access to the house is by boat only. The owner provides parking in Sali and transportation to the house (from Sali) without surcharge. If you need transfers during your stay, it can be arranged with surcharge. It is possible to rent a boat in Sali, skipper license needed.
House is located in peaceful bay, has no direct neighbors but dock in front of the house is NOT private.
