Everthing was perfect. The apartmant is 20 meters from "riviera" and all the restaurants, but it's on a quiet street. There is a bakery just across the apartmant and there is a maxi market about 300 metars. There is a concrete beach with a beach bar within a 5 min walk. The apartmant is spaceus and clean. There is a fully equipt kitchen and a big toilet. The balcony is a little small, but the owner said we can use the big terrace on the ground floor. Also there is a laundry room at the ground floor and you can use it. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation.

The location is beautiful. You have a small garden at the entrance from which you can see the sea, drink your coffee in the morning or drink a beer in the evening. The area is perfect to explore. I think the location can accomodate up to 3 persons.

Pansion Alen has the perfect location, facilities, and staff for a relaxing holiday along the coast. The room was very comfortable; we loved the balcony. The restaurant has very good food as well!

Sali is a charming little town with a lovely marina, great...

Sali is a charming little town with a lovely marina, great restaurants, and a beautiful beach. One of our favorite things was walking to the beach to watch the sunset. We also enjoyed a lovely local bakery tucked away on a side street. The town is easy to get around on foot and makes an excellent base for exploring the area. A highlight of our trip was a full-day excursion to Kornati and National Park, which I would highly recommend.

Sali is a nice small town with good restaurants.

Sali is a nice small town with good restaurants. The beaches are very calm but there is no sand beach, so you have to lay on the rocks. We rent a scooter to discover the rest of Dugi Otok. Highly recommend visiting Brbinjscica cave and Sakarun beach.

A small village with everything you need.

A small village with everything you need. We went to beaches all over the island. The advantage of Sali is the nearby national park Telascica. There was also an exceptional restaurant in Sali called Garoful. I highly recommend a visit.

Sali is probably the best base to use on the island.

Sali is probably the best base to use on the island. It has a ferry to Zadar three times a day, loads (maybe 5 or 6) restaurants, a sizable supermarket and quite a few cafe's and taverns. It also has a helpful tourist office where you can rent cars or scooters, although these are not cheap. The only petrol station on the island is in the next village about 4kms away. Talascia NP is a 5 minute drive away from the town and well worth a day trip. All the beaches are shingle and aren't really beaches, just little coves. The very best is half way up the island and directly across on the opposite side of the island to Brbinj. Very difficult to find without google maps set to satellite mode which shows the actual concrete access road. A one hour drive will take you the full length of the island.

Very nice, cozy place.

Very nice, cozy place. We ate dinner couple of times in Cookhouse & Bar GAROFUL. It is nice place to have a meal with beautiful sea view. From Sali it is very easy to get to other part of the Long island, and to organize nice boat trip to Kornati national park and Telascica nature park. All in all, I was quite impressed with Sali and Long island in general with all that beauty and big blue I saw around. It is worth of visiting at least once in your life time. Strongly recommended! :-)

Beautifully, very quiet, charming 1980ies pension (BBBBB-bed, bathroom, balcony, breakfast, beach :-)) with a few chipped edges. 20-30 above the water in a beautiful pine forest. 48 rooms and a central breakfast facility. Less than 1 min away from the water (steep stairs) - North-facing beach! Nice continental breakfast usually with one cooked item (sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs). Extremely friendly, helpful, multilingual staff. The hotel is frequented by all age groups and at least as many Croatians than foreign tourists.

Ivan is the one of the most kind and generous host I ever lived with. He gave us Check in at 6:30 am. Welcomed us with a Coffee. The apartment is on the Sali port. 2 min walk from ferry drop point. The apartment had everything you need. Beautiful kitchen if you want to make lunch or dinner. The Tommy market is 2-3 min walking distance. The Adamo travel agency 2 min walking. Ivan made us dinner for our last evening, delicious fish and not to forget his home made olive oil. Cheers to Super hot Ivan Basioli.

V clean and comfortable and perfect location steps from the ferry, harbour and restaurants. Good Aircon although didn't need to use it all the time as old apartment with thick stone walls which kept it cool. Srecka the owner is just next door if there are any problems, although everything worked well in the apartment whilst we were there. She is v friendly Sali is an extremely beautiful little town and I would fully recommend it

This apartment is the only one in the house, so it is really quiet and has wonderful view to the centre of Sali. You can reach this within 2 minutes over a small path. I have found their really great equipped kitchen, including sugar, salt, spices etc. Also beds were really comfortable. Wifi is stable and really quick.
