Poštovani gosti, Objekt je stavljen u funkciju u svibnju 2019 god. iskustva sa svim gostima su i više nego ugodna, osobno smo stava da se osjećate kao kod svoje kuće i zbog toga su postavljeni visoki standardi održavanja i čistoće. Nadalje, naš životni moto je hedonizam, puno putujemo, vrhunski se hranimo i pijemo odlična vina i likere što će te imati priliku degustirati besplatno. Dobro nam došli...

Villa Holiday House L&L je prostrana prizemnica koja može smjestiti do 8 osoba i garantira odmor za dušu i tijelo te se nalazi neposredno uz prekrasne plaže.U samom objektu imate na raspolaganju veliku kuhinju, vrhunski opremljenu za istinske hedoniste. U unutarnjem dvorištu na raspolaganju vam je plinski roštilj. Uz bazen sa slanom vodom se nalazi i hidro-masažna kada(jacuzzi) te ležaljke na prekrasnom sunčalištu. Uz objekt ima prostran vrt okružen stablima maslina, koji čine hladovinu u vrelim ljetnim danima te nudi sezonsko voće koje se može degustirati. Organiziramo za vas izlete brodom po Zadarskom kanalu (uz naknadu). Za najmlađe imamo u ponudi trampolin ,a za sve uzraste stolni tenis. U objektu za naše goste postavili smo i punjač za električna vozila. Za sezonu 2026 bazen smo nadogradili dizalicom topline kako bi u istom uživali u danima sa manjim temperaturama.

Ovaj dio Bibinja je na izuzetno mirnom i sigurnom dijelu, 120 m od kuće, pješice se nalazi prekrasna šljunčana plaža sa popratnim ugostiteljskim objektima, igralištem za odbojku te Jet ski centrom i najmom brodova...Bibinje su gotovo spojene sa Zadrom i nedaleko od kuće je i Luka Gaženica udaljena 5 min. iz koje se odvija trajektni i kruzing pomorski promet, a takodjer je atraktivna za vidjeti. Centar Zadra, stara gradska jezgra udaljena 15 min. je prepuna muzeja, sakralnih objekata te nezaobilazne atrakcije "Morske orgulje i Pozdrav Suncu" na rivi koja posjeduje najljepši zalazak Sunca na svijetu te je idealan termin za obići navedeno.
